I’ve been working in Melbourne's digital industry for 16 years, since moving from the UK in 2007.

​

I've worked at Digital Agencies, Development & Technology providers and Client side Digital Delivery & Engineering Organisations.

​

I launched wine tracking app Sipple in April 2016, which was 1 of 5 finalists in the Brancott Wine Estate and Blue Chilli’s Winexplorer StartUp competition to find the next innovation in the ANZAC wine industry. 

​

This culminated in co-founding fifthfrontier a web and app development partner to APR Creative, with mutual clients including Tassel Whole foods, TropicCo and Fonterra. 

​

I'm currently acting Candidate Engineering Director at Seek leading 140 engineers, business analysts, quality engineers and senior leadership roles. An Equal partner to the Product, Data, Architecture and broader Seek  organisation.

I'm deeply passionate about continuous learning, coaching, and visualisation, to gain clarity and and share transparency. 

​

This thirst for learning and curious mindset has been cultivated through 26 years of martial arts training and teaching 16 years of those at Six Harmonies Martial Arts, in Melbourne, currently a 2nd degree black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu and and a Blue Belt BJJ.
