It’s January 2023, a new year lies ahead with plenty of opportunities to learn new things, get challenged and grow.

I have two competing projects that came in to being around the middle of 2022.

​

The first, writing a novel, my very first. I'm nearly at the end of the first draft. it's way too long and I need to do some serious editing.

​

The second, building my coaching credentials. In September last year after ten plus years of in-house coaching programs and executive leadership courses I undertook IECL's certified organisational coaching Level 1.

​

The aim for 2023 is to complete my novel, and complete IECL level 2 and gain the ICF's ACC accreditation.

​

This is a time to listen to those inner voices, previously pushed to one side and which now have time to breath, and I'm following where they take me.

​

As the late great Bruce Lee would say ‘walk on’ stay curious, and keep learning.
